Troy loves reading "Monica's Gang", a popular Brazilian comic. It's his daily bedtime story. He usually goes to bed, grabs the comic book and starts to read it out loud. Then when he finishes reading he reflects on it a little.

He doesn't like the character "Cebolinha/JimmyFive" very much. Cebolinha is incapable of pronouncing "R", replacing it with "L", making it hard for Troy to understand what he's saying in Portuguese. (E.g.: Cebolinha says "calamel" instead of "caramel").

There's another character called "Chico Bento/ChuckBilly" that is even harder to understand. Chico Bento and his friends live in the countryside of Brazil. He is a stereotypical Brazilian hillbilly who walks barefoot, always wears a straw hat, and lives in a little country town. Troy doesn't like reading Chico Bento because his stories represent how a hillbilly would talk by writing his lines with typical mistakes of Brazilian Portuguese and he doesn't want to learn it.

Troy enjoys "Monica's Gang" so much that he has a bunch of comics stashed at home that he reads little by little.
